For hoteliers

Your room is empty at 11am. It can be sold again at 2pm.

Day-use sells the day, not the night. Same room, same housekeeping, a second guest. You set the price, the hours and the number of rooms. We bring the demand.

No card required to sign up. No subscription. You only pay when you sell.

Put a figure on what it would earn you

Enter your number of rooms and your nightly rate: the calculator estimates the matching annual day-use revenue. No sign-up needed to use it.

5

Not your whole stock: the ones you are willing to put on sale during the day. Many start with two or three.

70€

Usually between 30% and 50% of your nightly rate. You are the one who sets it.

35%

On the rooms opened, and on the days opened. Staying cautious at the start beats a good surprise the other way round.

20d

Twenty matches the weekdays. Many hotels close at weekends, when the night sells itself.

The room is only the way in

A daytime guest does not consume a room alone. They have lunch, they swim, they book a treatment, they work in the lobby. Those services are already running, heated, maintained and staffed at the hours when they sell least. What they take in during the day costs almost nothing extra to produce.

Pool, spa and wellness

Day access sells on its own or with the room. It is often the reason for the booking, not the extra added at the end.

Gym and fitness

Equipment already heated and already maintained, filled at the hours when it is empty. Neighbourhood guests come at those hours, not in the evening.

Bar and restaurant

The most direct revenue top-up: the guest is on site, at service time, and the room is running anyway.

Lobby and work spaces

A seat, wifi and coffee sell by the half day. Remote work created that demand, and it is not going away.

Early arrival, late departure

Early check-in and late check-out are billed by the hour, on slots already free in your housekeeping schedule.

Concierge and services

Luggage storage, parking, laundry, treatments, equipment hire: what you already offer at night also sells by day.

Do not limit yourself to standard rooms

A superior room, a suite, a room with a terrace or a view all sell very well by the day. Daytime guests compare few things and decide fast: the difference in comfort is immediately visible, and the upgrade is won at the moment of booking.

A local guest who has spent an afternoon with you comes back, and talks about it. That is the best advocate your hotel can have, and they live twenty minutes away.

Concrete gains for your hotel

A net increase in your revenue

Our partners gain 12% in revenue on average at the very least, and some see their occupancy rate double: the same space is monetised twice in the same day.

All your spaces, not just your rooms

Meeting rooms, wellness areas, the restaurant: they already exist and are under-used during the day. Opening them requires no further investment.

Ancillary revenue follows

Spa, gym, pool, food and drink, parking: daytime guests spend on site. Our figures show ancillary revenue rising by 12% on average thanks to them.

A market still lightly occupied

Unlike the night, day-use is not sold direct in any standardised way: it remains barely industrialised. You arrive on growing demand, with little competition and lower acquisition costs.

The real cost of an empty room is not the lost revenue

Between the morning departure and the evening arrival, a room is ready and nobody is in it. It has been cleaned, the linen has been changed, the energy is running. That room costs money and earns nothing. Day-use does not ask you to work more: it sells what you have already produced.

No extra housekeeping

The room is already made up for the evening. A quick pass after the daytime guest leaves is enough, and you choose the end time.

Revenue on dead hours

You sell a slot nobody was buying from you. This revenue does not replace the night, it adds to it.

You stay in control

Number of rooms opened, price, days of the week, time slot: everything is adjustable, and can be changed at any moment.

Guests who do not compete with yours

Remote work, a stopover, rest between two trains, time together. These are daytime needs, and they take no evening guest's place.

Guests who are already at your door

They take no evening guest's place, because they are not looking for the same thing. Four distinct needs, and they all fall between 11am and 5pm.

Local city guests

People nearby who want a premium setting: the spa, the pool, or simply a change of scene. They come back, and they will never stay the night: that is net revenue.

Mobile professionals

Executives travelling, consultants, remote workers, but also long-distance drivers and airline crews. They want somewhere quiet and well equipped to work or recover between two journeys.

Travellers in transit

Between two flights or two trains, waiting has a price. These guests are captive, often in a hurry, and ready to invest in comfort rather than an airport concourse.

Couples looking for a break

Time together, somewhere discreet and comfortable, with no need to stay the night. The demand is regular and local.

Today's daytime guest is tomorrow's overnight guest: give them a premium daytime experience and you gain advocates who come back for full stays.

For hoteliers

Between 11am and 5pm your hotel is ready. All it lacks is a guest.

Three steps, and your offer goes for publishing

No paperwork to assemble. We start from your hotel as it already exists.

  1. 2 minutes

    We find your hotel

Type your hotel's name: we pull in the address, the photos, the amenities and the description. You correct what needs correcting, nothing more.

  2. 2 minutes

    You build your first offer

A slot, a price, a number of rooms. Five questions, not one more. The fine tuning comes later, once you have seen it run.

  3. 1 minute

    You accept the terms

The terms and conditions are shown in full. You read them, you accept, and your offer goes for checking. No payment method is asked of you.

What sets us apart from other solutions

The questions we get asked first

Will it cannibalise my nights?

No, and that is structural: the day-use slot ends before the evening arrival time. A room sold by the day is still sellable for the night. You can also close day-use on the dates you are full.

How many rooms should I open?

As many as you like, and you start small if you prefer: ten rooms by default, which you bring down to two or three while you take the measure of it. The number changes in a second.

What if I do not want to open every day?

You choose the days of the week your offer sells on. Many hotels open on weekdays only, when business guests leave rooms free.

When do I get paid?

You take the guest's payment like any other stay. We invoice the commission afterwards, on what was actually sold. Nothing is taken upfront.

Five minutes tonight, live the same day

Five minutes to create your offer, checked and published the same day. No minimum term, no fixed fee, and you can withdraw it whenever you want.
