The journey

What you do, and what we do

Your part takes five minutes; your offer is then checked and published the same day. The rest, demand, translation, search visibility and guest payment, is ours to handle.

  1. We find your hotel

    2 minutes

    Type your hotel's name. We pull in the address, the photos, the amenities and the existing description so you do not have to retype what is already written elsewhere. You read it over, you correct, you fill in what is missing.

  2. You build your first offer

    2 minutes

    Five questions: the time slot, whether the room is put back in order after departure, the number of rooms opened, the price, and the days of the week concerned. Each has a sensible default: you never start from a blank page.

  3. You accept the terms, and your offer goes for checking

    1 minute

    The terms and conditions are shown in full, in a panel you scroll through. The accept button only appears once you reach the bottom: we would rather you had read them. Your offer then goes for checking, and it is live the same day. No payment method is asked of you at this stage.

The journey

You know your house better than we do. We only ask you what you alone can decide.

And then?

Your offer is translated and distributed

Your listing goes out in five languages on roomforday.com and on our destination pages. You have nothing to translate and nothing to optimise for search.

You receive the bookings

Each booking reaches you with the guest's name, the slot and the amount. You handle it like any other arrival.

You take the guest's payment

Payment happens at your hotel, with your usual payment methods. We do not stand between your guest and you.

We invoice the commission afterwards

The commission applies only to stays actually sold. Your payment method is asked for at the first invoice, so never before you have earned something.

You adjust whenever you want

Prices, slots, number of rooms, open days, closed dates: everything changes from your own space, without going through us.

Someone answers

A question, an edge case, a date to close urgently: you have a person to talk to, not a form.

Five minutes your side, live the same day

We read every offer before publishing it: that is what the remaining time is for, and it is what stops an incomplete listing going out under your name. Your file is saved at every step: you can start now and finish later without losing anything.
