🎯

Day use, why offer it?

Day use allows you to monetize off-peak hours, attract new segments (local clientele, transit, B2B), increase ancillary revenue and strengthen visibility through dedicated channels and a differentiating offer.

A large majority of hoteliers offer it at discretion at the price of an overnight stay. With RoomForDay, we propose to complement your current offer by developing a previously untapped commercial segment.

How does day use work?

Day use transforms your off-peak hours into incremental revenue, attracts new segments and boosts ancillary sales, without cannibalizing overnight stays.

It works by implementing short and medium time slots with a dedicated rate of 40 to 70% of the annual average room rate. It can be modulated according to occupancy duration, usage and room turnover (housekeeping).

Beyond 85% occupancy, double the value per room by combining day use and overnight stays.
